It's now published, after a fashion. Thanks to the power of web-based self-publishing I have now been able to put the book in the public domain, as long as you have a Kindle or other compatible e-reader (you can get Kindle apps for smartphones and computers, so you don't need an actual Kindle). I hope I've priced it reasonably!

Can we ask you roughly how much of the book is new content, as opposed to the Beer & Bloating Blog entries?

It is pretty much the blog in book form, but with a few tweaks here and there, and just a little bit of extra stuff that I remembered or thought merited inclusion.
